Sage + Sound is a multi-brand wellness center consisting of a retail space, cafe, treatment rooms, nail salon and a study.
rekon Retail™ worked with Sage + Sound to launch its first location—a beautiful 5,000 square foot flagship on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
Sage + Sound tapped rekon to oversee the design and buildout project management, hire its General Manager and wellness guide team, and devise and implement its operations inclusive of POS, inventory management, multibrand operations protocols, facilities services setup, IT and AV vendor setup, and new hire onboarding training.
Working with rekon allowed Sage + Sound to open with a strong operational foundation enabling it to bypass many of the costly mistakes first-time retail stores make. It opened with a built-in support system to clear roadblocks and connect it with the right vendors so the executive team could focus on building the brand and delighting customers.
