Sage + Sound tapped rekon to oversee the design and buildout project management, hire its General Manager and wellness guide team, and devise and implement its operations inclusive of POS, inventory management, multibrand operations protocols, facilities services setup, IT and AV vendor setup, and new hire onboarding training.
