rekon Retail is working with Players Cafe by lotto.com to execute its aggressive retail expansion strategy.
First engaged to project manage, create and execute its first retail location, rekon Retail is now a fully embedded retail development team for the brand. During the initial expansion phase, we opened four stores in four months while developing a hiring strategy, implementing store systems, designing a fixture kit-of-parts, and creating a branded culture and customer experience.
During the next phase, rekon Retail will help the brand ideate and implement design updates based on learnings from its first stores, improve current systems, and create new training materials to drive greater customer loyalty and brand affinity.
Locations opened to date include: West Palm Beach, Cedar Park, Edgewater, New York City, Little Rock, Minneapolis and Portland.
