We initially assisted the brand with its short-term retail tests in Georgetown, DC and Soho, NYC. Rekon then worked with the brand to devise and execute its long-term retail expansion in Nashville, Dallas, and Atlanta—and the work continues with more planned stores in 2023.
rekon Retail led the development and implementation of Sarah Flint’s first store-initiated clienteling program driving repeat business and re-engaging lapsed customers.
Because of the success of its retail stores, the brand is accelerating its retail expansion over the next two years.
